Our professional-quality control and assurance service always check your items before the shipment. However, you may carefully and accurately check your size before buying. Please kindly refer to the size charts on the item page.
Return Process
1. Please contact Customer Service, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason. We will get back to you within 24 hours. Your patience will be highly appreciated.
2. After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.
3. Drop off your package at the local post office.
4. Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We’ll issue the refund to your payment account. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email or a confirmation message.
Return Conditions
1. You have 30 days to decide if an item is right for you, if not, you can certainly come to us within 30 days of receipt.
2. Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
3. We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
4. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us.
We strive to provide high-quality products and ensure customer satisfaction. If you encounter any quality issues with your purchase, please follow our return policy outlined below:
1. In order to facilitate the return process and assess the quality concern, we request that you provide clear photographs and/or videos showcasing the problem. These visual materials will help us identify the issue accurately.
2.Our team will carefully examine the provided evidence to determine whether the product indeed has a quality issue. We strive to complete this evaluation within 24 hours.
3.If we verify that the product has a quality problem, we will offer you the option of either a refund or a replacement. The choice of remedy will be based on product availability and your preference.
4.If, based on the provided documentation, we are unable to substantiate the existence of a quality issue, we reserve the right to refuse the return request. In such cases, we will contact you to discuss the matter further and explore alternative solutions.
Note: The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable.
Refunds are not available for the following circumstances.
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e., providing the wrong shipping address at checkout).
- A delivery email will be sent after the parcel is delivered. If you didn’t receive the package, please contact us within 10 days. Imysea is not responsible for missing item(s) after 10 days of the delivery
- Full refund are not accepted for the parcel was delivered, but the customer claim didn’t receive it.
- Refunds or cancellations are not accepted after the parcel has been processed or in transit.
- We reserve the right to deny returns that do not comply with our return policy.
How to exchange the order?
Please contact us to get the return address. After we get the return, we will exchange one for you.
Shipping charge
Under normal situations, return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
If a return is requested due to receipt of a damaged or incorrect product, the website shall cover the return shipping cost and provide a return label.
